Excellent view of the Chicago river, spacious room & bathroom, comfortable bed. Big fan.

On the 19th floor, it was very easy to hear the echoes of any loud conversations from the bar & restaurant area.

The rooms are well-appointed and large with exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom looks perfectly clean.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and gorgeous. The room is new-fashioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. It offers a beautiful view of the Chicago River and skyline. The location is magnificent and stunning, close to the hop on hop off bus tour stop. It is conveniently based near Elevated trains and main attractions.

The location is marvelous, right in the heart of downtown Chicago. The rooms are attractive and absolutely fabulous. The staff at the reception desk and concierge are wonderful. The food options are awesome.

Attractive room with double beds, a pull out couch, a towel. A huge variety of great and delicious breakfast options. Private parking on site provided. Amazing staff, free wake up calls and ironing.

The pool was great, there is on-site parking available, rooms come with a pull-out couch, lobby is clean and they serve a particularly good breakfast.

the breakfast was great and delicious and included in the rate. the room i booked was immaculate and quiet with amazing view and a couch, for example. location: the hotel was next to conveniences within easy walking distance, many attractions and the nightlife.

The hotel is safe with very welcoming staff at the reception desk and concierge. The rooms are new-fashioned and offer a fantastic view over the Chicago skyline. The location is good and unbeatable, not very far from a super-tall skyscraper. Easy walk to the L line for the subway at Lake/Clark. the hotel is the venue of choice in Chicago.

Stayed in a double room for 4 nights, which came with a pull-out couch - perfect for the extra space. The room had a fantastic view and a towel, everything was set! 🌟

The hotel is conveniently located near most tourist locations and right at the river front, offering amazing views and city scapes. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with friendly and welcoming staff. Guests appreciate the convenience of having a supermarket and a good restaurant on-site. The size of the rooms pleasantly surprises guests, and there are ample conference rooms for events.

The air conditioning could be maintained better, as it tends to be noisy and may leak water.

The concierge was not as informed as he could have been. The front desk staff on check-out was not real friendly and distracted with talking to the other desk clerks as it was not too busy.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was cozy and clean. The location was convenient with direct access to the "El" and a nice view of the river and city. The staff treated us with utmost friendliness and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could use a little more variety.

I loved the room. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

I went swimming in the pool with the kids. It was very very cold. We all had to jump into the bathtub when we got back because we were so cold. Also they had no towels in the pool area. So we were walking through the hotel dripping wet. They also did not have a hot tub.
